DJ Mohit Vaid was well known by the name of DJ MV. DJ MV is playing from past 7 years started his career in 2011. DJ Mohit Vaid has played in many clubs namely junkyard (Zirakpur), hypnotic (Zirakpur), cyanide (Zirakpur), b4 Northpark (Panchkula), space (Chandigarh), venom (Zirakpur), walking street (Mohali). Played pool parties in many clubs of tricity (Northpark, Goldentulip, Aura Vasella). DJ Mohit Vaid was a resident DJ at many big clubs in Chandigarh such as crystal lounge, girls in the cafe, buzz, boathouse and hypnotic club. He was officially signed by D-Moonlight Hunterz as an artist. He has played with many Indian and International DJ.

What inspired you to be a DJ?

I was very fond of music since my childhood and the inspiration to become a DJ came to me when I attended the club party for the very first time. At that time I made up my mind to fulfill my desire for music by becoming a DJ.

If you had to switch your style to another genre, what would it be?

I play mostly all the genres according to the taste of the audience but specifically hip-hop and trap is my style of music but if I would get a chance to switch my genre I would prefer Electronic House Music.

Who is your biggest inspiration? / Who do you have a lot of respect for?

NUCLEYA is my biggest inspiration. I have a great respect for him because he is the only one who created his own style of music named as Indian dance music. He started his music career as a bedroom DJ and worked really very hard to reach the top. Now he is the most valuable DJ of India.

What is it about you that makes you different from other DJs?

1) Interaction with the crowd

2) Playing according to them and for them.

How would you describe your style?

Combination of Bollywood commercial and hip-hop music.

How do you get the crowd pumped?

Playing what crowd really wants to listen.

Micking.

He has played with a world ranking 56th Diego Miranda at Meraki fest 2018 mcm dav college Chandigarh. He was a part of artist lineup of an open festival at O.P. Jindal University, Sonipat. He played for Niftem college Sonipat as an individual artist and many other famous DJ’s of India (DJ r-nation, DJ Chestha Khurana, DJ mani from Assam, DJ Hitesh Official DJ of Bohemia, DJ harp and many others. He has won the title of rock the floor DJ hunt champion 2018 at CGC Landran college. He played an open-air festival at Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has played with many famous Punjabi singers – money Sandhu (silent),  Alfaaz (haye mere dil), Rico (24/7), the landers (lander),  Nawab. The game Changerz.
