Blogger Name:-Saloni Panda
What is the story behind your blog’s name?
My passion for cooking made me start my page on Instagram by the name “Saloni’s Kitchen”. It initially consisted of the food that I cooked and hence the name.
Why did you decide to start your page?
I used to cook and experiment with recipes a lot. I realised that if I’m actually cooking so much, why not showcase it on a digital platform ? That is when I decided to start my page by posting home cooked meals. I later started posting restaurant food and Street food.
What do you think food blogging will be in the next 5 years?
I think blogging itself is going to be a big industry. There are many people who are getting into blogging and becoming influencers. I also feel many brands these days are focusing more on influencer Marketing than normal advertising.
What part of blogging excites you the most – Recipe development, post writing or photography?
The best part of blogging that excites me is creating my content- What dish I have to cook, how do I present it and how do I make it look appealing. I also enjoy doing photography.
Do you have any special blogging tips for new bloggers?
There’s a simple 3 C rule that I follow and I recommend it to a lot of my other fellow bloggers- CONTENT, CONSISTENCY, COMMITMENT. One needs to focus on creating good content, being consistent in posting the content and most importantly, being committed. Everything revolves mainly around Content, so focus on how you can make great content.
