What is the story behind your blog’s name?
My old blog had the name “SachaFoodies” well “Sacha” means being True and everything about my blog is organic & true, and also it has full form for it “SA” Stands for Sagar “C” for an “H” for Have “A” for Anything, it goes like “SA”gar “C”an “H”ave “A”nything. But, since I’m fond of traveling other than having a love for food, I changed to “SachaDiaries”, again here it goes like “SA” gar “C”an “H”op “A” anywhere.
Why did you decide/inspired to start a food blog?
To be honest, food! Nothing other than food could have inspired me to start a food blog. I’m not a morning person but I can wake up at 5 AM for food!
What’s your blog about? Who reads it? How long have you been blogging?
I’m blogging almost for 3 years. My blog is all about food, I feature food from street to 5-star restaurants. Food lovers, travel enthusiasts and photography buffs read my blog, means all age group people read my blog. My mother reads my blog daily, which makes me happy and the same happiness she gets when she gets to know what her son is trying.
What do you think food blogging will look like in 5 years?
Nowadays Visual attraction is key to decide, which place to head and what to try. we as blogger influence many diners via our blog, IG post or Zomato reviews, so I feel its growing industry day by day and it’s a win-win situation for diners & restaurants.
Which part of blogging excites you most: the recipe development, the post writing, or the photography?
Well if I have chosen from these three than photography part excites me a lot. I’m a self-taught photographer and see the work of other photographers for inspiration. More than photography, food from across the globe excites me more which I try to reach them to my followers via my blog and various social media platforms.
