Food Blogger Manchibaba by Sharadh Sharma aka Manchibaba as the name suggests, I am a pure or a helping person which is indeed my true personality. I am a born traveler, foodie who wants to fly high to touch the sparkle of success and fame. I think I am a true influencer who is well connected to his roots. Food Blogger Manchibaba is passionate about traveling and exploring new out of the places I visit. I love to mingle up with new people and create happiness all around.
What is the story behind your blog’s name?
Manchibaba – a storyteller. This name is unique and hence anyone can get strucked into its charisma but the true story behind this name resides in itself only. If we split manchibaba as manchi+baba we will be able to understand it well. Basically this name was given to me as a nickname in Chennai when I was working in the banking IT sector. In Telugu manchi means – praiseworthy, pure or a helping person which is indeed my true personality and baba means a saint. I always believe in being transparent to all so I chose this very name to represent myself in its true spirit.
Why did you decide/ inspired to start a food blog?
All this started 5 years back, somewhere around in 2013 when I took a break from my job in Chennai in the lust of following my passion for traveling and exploring authentic flavors of various places. Being grown up in a Brahmin family I have a special craving for pilgrimage tour and while presenting my offerings to the lord I started searching out about the local stories behind the authentic recipes of these places initially I started it up by the food walks in the tingy –tangy streets of Delhi. Being naturally a true traveler I clicked and posted some of my favorite food which got me love from one n all on Instagram. Gradually this passion turned out to be a true love for traveling and exploring which indeed transformed me from a casual IT person to the more lively one.
What’s your blog about? Who reads it? how long have you been blogging?
I trust my instincts and keep my posts real and interesting so that they instantly get connected with the audience. I try to keep things simple and posting what they are aspiring for. Being a true street food lover I always keep on spying for the hidden gems of the street food of the places I visit so that I can assist my followers to enjoy the authentic tastes of the various places they happen to visit with their friends and family. Which part of blogging excites you the most- the recipe development, the post writing or the photography?
For me blogging is the blend of many aspects.One cannot think of just one out of these to create a authentic and interesting blog.Whether it is recipe development or the post writing or the photography- each and every task adds its own type of magic in the blog to do justice to your followers.
Do you have any special blogging tips for the new bloggers?
Plunge into this task if you are truly passionate about this. Just don’t start all this because all others are doing it. Do it if you are really keen to. Generate your own original style, be consistent, stay connected to the current updates, give your best and surely you are going to receive the best.
