What inspired you to become a chef?
I was prohibited to eat outside food at age of 16 due to malaria for 6 months, Cravings forced me to check some recipes and tried cooking Pav bhaji, Faluda, Panipuri and lots of other street food.
What is the one cuisine that you are most comfortable cooking?
Contemporary Italian and Mexican food.
What have been the key drivers for the success of your journey?
Never thaught that only number of years in industry helps you to become good chef. Knowing basics, Exploration, innovation and entrepreneurship will help you grow up.
Do you have any advice for someone wanting to become a chef?
If you are ready to live in similar environment like commandos, then only choose this line.
