Chef Shibiraj Saha:-
After passing out his 12th standard Chef Shibiraj Saha joined the Institute of Hotel Management and catering technology in Kolkata, West Bengal. From the beginning of his management course, Chef Shibiraj Saha was very clear about his career path. After completing three years course he went to Delhi and joined TGIF and then worked with some of the top brands in this industry like Hyatt, ITC, Taj Group of Hotels, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and IHG during the span of his 19 years of career. Shivraj is an expert on modern Indian food as well in contemporary cooking techniques and food presentation. His passion for cooking developed further and then he had the opportunity to work with many talented chefs. Now Chef Shibiraj Saha is an Executive chef in Holiday Inn Amritsar. Bearing excellent communication skills he has appeared on numerous cookery shows in the media.
What inspired you to become a chef?
To unleash my creativity, opportunity to travel all over the world and professional satisfaction.
When are you happiest at work?
When I face new challenges and successfully overcome them and gain me some new lessons every time.

For my guest and colleague.
