Chef Keshav Raj Pandey:-

Chef Keshav Raj Pandey has Completed his Industrial Training from SHANGRI-LA EROS, New Delhi in 2012.Also he went Training at Parikrama- The Revolving Restaurant. Chef Keshav Joined Taj Group of Hotels in Management Training Programme in 2014. During his programme, he has worked in various Taj Hotels. After completion of his Programme he has posted as Chef De Partie in Taj Groups and Now serving at Taj Gateway Resort, Damdama Lake, Gurgaon.

Over the course of years, Chef Keshav played key roles during high profile functions in various events. Also he has spent few years in Nepal, by which he has learnt himself in their mother Cuisine. He has worked in South India (Chennai) for half a year to learn South Indian Taste by which he has learnt the south Indian flavours.

Chef Keshav is passionate about his food and to delight the gourmands with his traditional and authentic Indian delicacies. Some of the Chefs specialty dishes are like, Roganjosh, Laal Maans, Keema Karela, Chicken Chettinad, Kozhi Varutha Curry, Rajasthani Gatta Curry, Awadhi Biryanis, Hyderabadi Biryanis & Salans, Dal Makhani, Sel Roti, Dhakani etc

What inspired you to become a chef?

My Passion for food and to become a good chef is always my inspiration for every step of my Career.

What is the one cuisine that you are most comfortable cooking? Enjoy the most

I love cooking Indian Cuisine, to play with the Indian Spices for a dish I enjoy the most every time.

When are you happiest at work?

When people enjoy my food which makes them smile, then I’m the happiest one to see.

Do you have any advice for someone wanting to become a chef?

Becoming a Chef is not easy task, you’ve to be passionate, you’ve to sacrifice a lot, you have to keep cooking and learn always. Try to cook always best as compare to your previous attempt, and never satisfy with your result. Keep cooking, keep learning.
