What inspired you to become a chef?
Since Childhood I had quite an attraction towards fresh colourful Vegetables & Indian herb’s like fregrance of Fresh Corriander leaves , Mint leaves, Curry leaves & the small garden we had in backyard. I think the day I learnt making my 1st Fresh Tomato Sandwich at School at very early Age, it sparkled my interest in Food.
What is the one cuisine that you are most comfortable cooking? Enjoy the most
I love our Indian Cuisine & Oriental Food But for cooking My personal favourite is Mediterranean & Italian as i really had great time working in Hyatt Regency ,Delhi’s Speciality outlets like La Piazza & Djinns of that time with some amazing Chefs.
Is there a chef you admire the most? Who and why?
I do follow Chef Gordon Ramsay for the simple reason is his attitude in Kitchen & the perfection he tries to get from the Team. Our own Pride of India Chef Atul Kochar & Chef Vineet Bhatia for the way they have taken Indian Cuisine on the International map.
When are you happiest at work?
I am happiest at work when the place is full house, Buzzing , Line of tickets on pick up counter & the Chaos goes in the Kitchen , I feel pumped.
What have been the key drivers for the success of your journey?
Always hunger to learn more. Traveling & exploring local cuisines & culture. Helping my Hospitality Friends whenever they need & My never giving up attitude.
Do you have any advice for someone wanting to become a chef?
Yes ,Be true to your profession. Don’t look for short cuts. Respect your seniors & try to learn from them. Be grounded always.

Chef Randhir has almost 20 years of experience from top 5 star hotels, restaurant, lounges & clubs. In year 2000 graduating from Delhi university stalkings Singh college. Chef Randhir tiwari, is one of the most critically acclaimed chefs in delhi ncr region now. Randhir was the first chef to receive a huge success in displaying Indian Culinary art in INDO FEST, held in port of Spain (Caribbean Islands) , Australia (sydney) & in HYATT REGENCY, Delhi as an apprentice cook, where he was announced most innovative cook & where he covered all the specialty outlets like La Piazza (Italian), Djinns (Night club with Mediterranean food), TK’S (Oriental Teppanyaki Grill), Delhi Ka Aangan (india awadhi), along with bakery, garden manger, bakery etc. to gain a vast knowledge of world cuisine.
Completed his masters degree in hotel management in year 2006 criminal IME delhi. Randhir worked as a commis chef in one of the famous five satar hotel The Ashoka after HYATT regency, supervising a, raising the standards in the kitchen. In 2002 Randhir moved to the fine dining restaurant’s & lounges & bars in delhi & ncr to display and explore more in cooking world.
