Chef Philo Varghese started his Journey in 2001 with Cgh earth group Cochin, after completing his studies from Vani School of Hotel Management. Over the years he has the opportunity to show his skills in many hotels, (Casino Hotel Cochin, Bangaram island resort, Lakshadweep, The Indian ForumAyurvedic resort, Germany. In 2007 he Joined in Four Seasons Mumbai as a part of pre-opening team, from there He went to Maldives & Morocco. Later He joined St RegisVommuli Resort Maldies as sous chef. Since 2 years Chef Philo Varghese working as an Executive Chef at The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa, at Kerala. His Specialty is of Italian and Japanese cuisine.9
