ABOUT Chandan Prajapati | The Fern Hotel Ahemdabad

Chandan Prajapati  has completed his  hotel management course form Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management in 2004, He embarked on the culinary journey and worked with brands like Hyatt, IHG, Accor , Starwood and  also worked with cruise liners like Costa and Celebrity.

Currently He is the Executive Chef of Fern Hotel Ahmedabad. His specialisation is in Western cuisine but recently have fallen in love with the Indian cuisine. The Indian food in itself holds many sub cuisines and recently he had successfully held the North East India food festival at the Fern Ahmedabad. He also loves to travel and learn the local cuisines from the remote parts of India. In his free time he  love to write for  blogs, practise kick boxing, watch movie and read news.
